2. Personal data processed
In membership and booking flows we may process full name, email address, phone number, language preference, package and booking records, and technical logs related to platform use.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to create memberships, authenticate users, manage private and group bookings, administer packages, communicate (email / WhatsApp), meet legal obligations, and improve service quality.
4. Legal bases
Processing may rely on KVKK Art. 5 grounds including performance of a contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and your explicit consent (especially for membership confirmation and certain communication preferences).
5. Transfers
Data may be shared with hosting and email providers, competent public authorities when legally required, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Cross-border transfers, if any, are subject to appropriate KVKK safeguards.
6. Collection method and retention
Data is collected electronically via membership creation, profile updates, bookings, and communication channels. Retention is limited to the period required by law and processing purpose; thereafter data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may request information on whether your data is processed; request details of processing; learn whether it is used for its purpose; know third parties to whom data is transferred; request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data; request deletion/destruction under Art. 7; object to outcomes against you arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
To exercise your rights, email merhaba@2gether.fit or submit a written request at the studio. Applications are answered within the timeframes set by KVKK and related regulations.
At membership signup you are informed about processing described in this notice and your consent is obtained.
